Conceptual, abstract-expressionist, colorist, minimalist, avant-garde, anti-war, multi-disciplinary media artist and environment activist.
I work with visual art and language using contemporary and traditional media: painting, photography, performance, video-art and installations dealing with environment and feminist work.
Influenced by Shamanism, Jazz, Dada, the Graphic School of NY, and Gutenberg's moveable type, the work is often triggered using language, experimental multi-media, study of elements, colors or strictures that mimic universal form.
Using the elements of earth, land, and water, the work is a depiction of abstract representational, documenting my shamanic journeys, healing rituals and trance.
