For me, art is a thought process that is eventually expressed in a visual language. I represent things and people found in everyday experience. The arrangement and rearrangement of reality is an effort to achieve some understanding of society, particularly that which is difficult and confusing. The resulting paintings and drawings, though still realism, illustrate abstract concepts such as time management, social awkwardness, or the psychological development of a child.
