Margo Rivera-Weiss was born in Miami and brings the colors, tastes and feels of that place to her creations. Margo works and lives in Oakland and is the proud recipient of a 2009 Indie Award.

Margo Rivera-Weiss creates art in the style of "Tropical Expressionism" - because of the bright bold palette of colors used; the subjects that range from tropical fruit to kitchen tools to Hebrew Calligraphics all rendered in watercolor or mosaic or bottle caps and other mediums with a depth of feeling drawn from her cultures.
